North Hampton Condominium is a great community ... it has game nights every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm. Usually people play billiards, poker, chess, checkers, backgammon, board games, and other card games. Also, there is always somebody bringing food! Besides regular game nights there are quarterly catered events that bring out the entire building to socialize and get to know the neighbors. The prices for efficiencies are at around 170,000+. For 1 bedrooms 220000+. For 2 bedrooms depends on the square footage. The prices fell almost 50% from 2006 compared to 2009. Nevertheless, in the long run it is bound to go up. I personally bought in 2006 and happy with my purchase decision ... no regrets at all. Documents: North Hampton Place Rules and Regulations (Sept 2004); Book of Resolutions for NHP (Sep 2007).
